Austin Receives WCES Engineering Service Award
The Wichita Council of Engineering Societies (WCES) has selected Tim Austin as the recipient for this year’s WCES Engineering Service Award.
The WCES Engineering Service Award is given in recognition of volunteer service dedicated to the advancement of engineering, the engineering profession, engineering public awareness and/or engineering public service. The award was presented to Tim during the Engineer’s Week Luncheon on February 18, 2016, at the Wichita, Kansas, Marriott.
Tim received a Masters of Public Administration degree from Wichita State University in 1992 and a Bachelors of Science degree in civil engineering from Kansas State University in 1984. He is currently the President of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE)Categorized: Press Release
